Hello, thank you for browsing my store. I have been in the girls party industry for many years. I owned and operated a girls birthday boutique. My store carried a wide selection of tutus, party favors, custom birthday t shirts. After closing my store in 2014 I decided I would continue with my birthday love and make my own birthday tutus.
