The sequel to 'Gatchaman', Aka Battle of the Planets in the USA, and a TV anime classic from Tatsunoko Production. Again Sosai X, who left the Earth at the end of the original series returns with powerful Gallactor. He has now begun to rebuild the Gallactor Syndicate. In response Dr. Nambu announces the return of the Science Ninja Team, with new training and weapons but their missing one of their members G-2. Joe the condor. Joe has now been dead for two years, and Nambu has the task of informing the team that Intelligence has selected Hawk Getz a spy, and a seemingly mysterious man to take Joe's place. Now a new battle arises for the Science Ninja Team Gatchaman along with their new member they must face the returning forces of Gallactor and the evil Sosai X. |
