In 1757, Cora Monroe, her sister Alice and their singing teacher are journeying through enemy territory escorted by Major Duncan Heyward. When the brave travellers are hopelessly caught up in the horrors of the french and Indian war, Hawkeye, a famous English scout and his two Mohican friends sole survivors of a Huron massacre come to their aid. Together this makeshift band of reluctant adventurers must evade capture by the French General Montcalm, while fighting the treachery of two deadly villains- Magula, the war chief of the Huron, and Dulac, a renegade French spy."
