One of a kind piece??

This Sea Witch painting can be found in oil and print by Stuart Leech. However, I was unable to find a decoupaged version like this. Thick paint of 2 colors and glaze along the back edges that would suggest this was handmade. Plus the print is on pressed wood. Tag at bottom of piece says ''Designed By John Griffiths". Possibly the person who created the decoupage art.
A very unique piece of vintage art!
This hung in my parents house since I was young!
Excellent vintage gently used condition!
