his is an older pre-owned sticker that is a few steps above a bumper sticker.....never been applied to a surface.........printed onto arlon vinyl............it has been lifted off the backing paper a few times.........it still has the shine to the glue so it ought to stick down and cure.........it is a large sticker at 13.5" w x 4" t..........you will need to press this sticker down firmly with something like a credit card or other item to start the curing process..........free domestic returns within 30 days if there are issues with the sticker........i did not make this sticker so do not know the history of it............it does seem to be of high quality..........and the glue looks good.......
