We accept Paypal and Credit Card payments. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe.
Orders are shipped every other day. Once shipped, you will receive within 5-7 days depending on where you are located. When possible, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Food items cannot be returned if opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued on any actual shipping charges (Including listings with free shipping- Actual shipping charges will be deducted). Product must be in brand new condition, same as when shipped out.
If a product is received damaged, please submit multiple pictures of the damaged product. We also need photos of the packaging that it was received in. In the rare instance, this does happen, so we need the photos so we can determine if anything can be changed so that it does not happen again.
Jellybean Foods has been servicing customers since 2011. We hand package all our products in a safe environment, providing qualify products at a great price. All products are as described by the manufacturer's directly. Your product will be exactly as described in the listing, without exception.
We reserve the right to change packaging at any time based on the availability of packaging. All products are freshly packaged. We sell on multiple marketplaces and are constantly replenishing our inventory. You will not receive a old product.

In the unlikely event that your product is received expired, please contact us. In every instance, it was a error in label printing. All items will be replaced for free with photo proof, no questions asked.
In the event you claim you did not receive the product and it shows delivered, please contact the carrier after checking to see if it was hidden from porch pirates. We shipped the item, and each item is insured for shipping. The carrier will investigate and issue you a full refund upon receipt of your claim. We have no ownership of UPS and USPS, and have no control over what they do.
Please note we are also aware of the many websites & videos where people tell you how to get free products online by claiming certain things happened. They tell you that you won't have to return the product and you'll get a full refund/replacement. We deal with this on a daily basis. This is called stealing.
IF YOU RUN OVER YOUR PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. This is YOUR fault by your OWN actions. Yes, people claim this at least once a month. Take responsibility of what you did. We didn't tell you to run over your package. Your message WILL be ignored.
If your product tastes off, please check with us. In some instances, it's simply the difference in the product from what you're used to. In example, some people claim the Oreos don't taste like oreos. The oreos are a 3" wide thick wafer. They are much bigger than regular oreos. They also don't have cream on them that soak into the oreo. They are going to taste different.
If it's a spice, we'll replace it. We want you to be happy with your order.
Occasionally, you may receive a product that was shipped in a Amazon box. We keep a lot of inventory at Amazon for our sales on that platform and will use that for other sites to keep fresh inventory everywhere. If ordering multiple items, you may receive multiple boxes. We offer free shipping, so you won't be charged for this.

We are a small family company, and staff attend to doctor appointments in the morning before 10:30 and after 3 in the afternoon. We try to respond back as quickly as possible to any messages.
