Our limited run of our Apple II Power & Temperature Monitor sold out quickly, & we have taken the feedback received into consideration in our redesign! This new Version 2 model features:

♦ A removable front panel to facilitate battery replacement for the temperature monitor. (The first version required the user to remove the monitor from the faceplate, a difficult task at best.)

♦ An internal bridge for holding the voltage displays in place.

♦ A longer (3-ft nominal length) cable allowing greater flexibility in placement of the display unit. (The limiting factor on cable length is the length of the temperature display unit cable.)

♦ Use of D-sub connectors to connect the display unit to the card. This eliminates the need for feeding cable beneath the IIe lid or through the IIGS back latches.

The unit features a deep red base with a beige faceplate & DB-25 connectors.

The internal card may go into any open slot & features our brushless DC 5V quiet fan. Two brand new LR44 Lithium Ion batteries will be installed into the temperature display prior to shipping.

The units will come with 4 feet (not attached) that the user may decide to use or not, and nylon ties to secure the temperature sensor cable to the housing.

The fan housing is the same thickness of the slots in the Apple II so you may use it in any slot without interference with cards in adjacent slots. The fans are hydraulic bearing brushless fans, meaning they are silent.

Please note: Just like everything else in your home or office, you need to dust periodically, including the inside of your Apple II computer! It takes just a moment to pop the lid and blow out dust using a can of air, and it is the smart thing to do. If you're worried about blowing dust around inside your Apple II, you need to do some needed housekeeping!

♦ Buyer pays all S&H costs. S&H costs cited are for USPS Priority to addresses in the 48 lower States; Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories MAY BE MORE; Canadian addresses WILL BE MORE. Email us your city/state/ZIP code before you purchase & we will gladly give you a S&H quote.

♦ Shipper alone is responsible for loss or damage during shipment. If damage occurs, buyer MUST retain ALL packing materials until the claim is successfully processed. Failure to cooperate will result in buyer forfeiting ALL claims against the seller & shipper. If item ships via FedEx, contact us immediately & we will process claim on your behalf with FedEx. If item ships via USPS, the buyer must present the damaged item and ALL packing materials to their local USPS office to file the claim, as per USPS policy.

♦ Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us providing you the shipping details. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to receive this email. If you have a spam blocker which automatically spams the sender with a request for validation, please know that you will not receive the shipping confirmation as we do not respond to such spam requests.

Return Policy:

If, for any reason other than the item arriving damaged/non-working, you are unhappy with your item, contact us within 7 days of receipt (as recorded by the shipping company) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and you may receive a full refund less S&H expenses. Please note that:

β€’ The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs, including adequate insurance on the package;
β€’ The original S&H fees paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
β€’ ALL items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. The buyer will be financially responsible for all missing items and/or altered items and/or damaged items.

For Damaged/Non-Working Items:

For items received damaged/non-working, the shipper’s insurance covers all damages and your cooperation is required in order to successfully process the claim. Please note that with electronics, even though the shipping container shows no external damage, the item may arrived damaged due to extreme jarring, exposure to extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, etc. Please be sure you keep ALL packing materials & the shipping container until you are fully convinced that the unit is working properly and has not sustained any damage in transit.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    All items are tested to work properly prior to listing, unless otherwise specifically stated in the item's ad. Because vintage electronic components may go south without advance warning, The Apple2OnlineStore does not offer any extended warranties. Unless otherwise stated, hardware components and systems are guaranteed to work upon receipt. Buyers have 7 days from delivery to determine if their purchase is working properly or needs to be returned. If a return is necessary, contact us to receive an Return Merchandize Authorization.

    Returned Items MUST be in the exact same condition as were shipped. Any alterations will affect your refund. The Apple2OnlineStore is the sole arbitrator of alterations and refund deductions for such.

    Other Policies

    Our store host - eBluejay - does not charge any fees whatsoever. Compare to eBay, which charges 12.5% fees on both the cost of the item AND shipping - which, through the wonders of compounding interest, result in a 20%-25% increase in price to the customer. We do occasionally dual list items so when you see one of our items on eBay, check her first as the price is usually less (and on larger items, significantly so!).

    Please note that as of January 2020, PayPal's now non-refundable fees will be deducted from refunds given by The Apple2OnlineStore (see Payment Policy above).

    Our store policies are for our safety as well as your's! We like to work with our customers and be as flexible as is reasonably possible. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible in order to get a satisfactory resolution. Please realize that we, too, are human and make mistakes, as well as have family demands which occasionally make demands on our time.

    Vintage electronics are subject to failure. Unless otherwise specifically stated in a listing, our items have been thoroughly inspected and tested and their condition is clearly stated in the listing.
