Cover is intact but has some flaws. There are some heavy wrinkles/creases at the bottom left corner. There is about a 1/4" tear at the top of the spine and a 1/8" tear at the bottom. Cover is just slightly loose at the staples. There is a small dog-ear on the upper right corner of the cover and some age discoloration mainly around the outside edges of the pages.
