Cover is intact and tight! There are also some "bends"/curls in the catalog but no hard creases. Dog earred at the left side bottom corner of back cover (see pics). "bends"/curls can probably be mostly removed with some weight on it for a while.
Only a couple of very small dog-ears on the pages and some age discoloration mainly around the outside edges of the pages.
