Accepted Payments
We accept PayPal for online orders. Major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cash & Cashier’s Checks are accepted for personal pickups. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars only and will be verified before merchandise is released or shipped.

Order Pickups
If you would like to pick up your order, notify us immediately after placing your order and we will have it shipped to our location if the item is not already in stock. Shipping is refunded when picking up items that are already in stock.

Our disclosed location will only be provided to customers picking up or returning merchandise.

Shipping Policy

For Your Information
** Because we sell through multiple channels, some items may sell out without notice. However, you are welcome to contact us to check the availability of any item prior to ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs vary. If more than one item is ordered on E-bluejay, we will combine the shipping costs and send you an invoice with the total amount due, just email us after placing your order. Please be advised that payment is due immediately after receiving the invoice to avoid next day cancellation. Additionally, clothing, accessories, jewelry, and health and beauty items are charged on a per item basis.

If you order an item that is out of stock:

1) You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked. (We will hold funds until the merchandise is ready for shipment.)

2) You may substitute the item for another one of equal or lesser value or pay the difference in cost + any additional shipping charges for another item more than the original. (We will send you another item of your choice.)

3) You may cancel your order. (We will issue a full refund upon your request for cancellation.)

Delivery Times
Some items may require additional time for delivery in addition to provided shipping times. These items are shipped upon availability.

Standard Shipping | Continental US
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Consider provided shipping times as only an estimate. We have no control over packages after they have been sent to the postal carrier. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays.

Non-Delivery Destinations
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO Boxes or any other destinations not listed on our site/store. Alaska & Hawaii customers must contact us prior to ordering or visit our website to order, due to higher shipping costs.

Shipping Damage & Warranty
Damaged orders in whole or in part must be claimed by the carrier. Defective merchandise can be replaced, but items damaged by the postal carrier cannot. However, if your purchase includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement first.

Missing, Damaged or Wrong Items
If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. If you receive a defective item, take a picture of the defected item and email it to us or include with your return, either way, an explanation of the defect must be included with your return. If we find the defect to be on our part, a refund will be issued of the full purchase, otherwise, you will receive a partial refund. Shipping costs are never refunded.

Multiple Shipment Orders
Depending on availability and/or the size and weight of an order, we may be unable to send a whole order all at once so orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. However, when possible, we make every attempt to ship all products contained in a given order at the same time.

In addition, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will be refunded for any products that are unavailable after all available items have shipped plus any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges.

You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt or shopping cart, and the entirety of the shipping charge will be applied to the full order on multiple shipments.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Qualified returns & exchanges are accepted up to 14 days and must include all packaging and materials, with tags in place. Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to inform us of your return or exchange, and to have a Return Form emailed to you if one was not already included with your package, as Returns & Exchanges will not be processed without this form.

Visit PayPal.com to create and print a Return Label, the shipping supplier’s website of your choice, or your local post office to return merchandise, also be sure to choose a return shipping option with a tracking number to track your package then email this number to us. It may also be a good idea to add insurance to your package(s) for added protection.

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns, including returns that show signs of tampering or has been opened, have tags removed or has been used. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Processing
Refunds are normally sent to PayPal within 24-48 hours of receiving a return or exchange. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your credit card company or bank. For further details on how PayPal processes refunds after they receive them from us, visit PayPal.com. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, contact us. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns not accepted on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, makeup, bath & body products, hair care products & accessories. etc.). We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards. software, video games, subscriptions/services, movies, cd's. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
