Condition: fair ... It would make a good reading copy. The cover has tears, discoloring/stains, wear and the staples that bind the book have pulled through the cover. The cover is no longer attached to the pages. The books paper cover has been subjected to dampness and the pages show a little swaying. It contains all pages which have edge yellowing. The map is in good condition and still attached to the back cover.
