Whether you just purchased a IIGS with no PSU (or your IIGS has a bad PSU [Apple PN: 699-0133]), or simply want to upgrade your old PSU to avoid unexpected surprises and down time, this is the easiest & simplest solution! We have installed a brand new universal PSU into an original Apple IIGS PSU case. Simply drop this into your IIGS, connect the power cord and that's all there is to it! And, we offer a 1-year warranty to boot!

Because we use OEM Apple IIGS power supply cases, there will be some minor signs of prior use.The photos displayed show you the actual unit you will receive so there will be no unpleasant surprises upon delivery - you know exactly what to expect!

In addition to our 1-year warranty, our units are mounted on new polycarb boards cut specifically to match the size of the case. We mount our universal PSUs on risers to give some additional space between the PSU circuit board and mounting board for increased air flow. And our internal connectors are all crimped connectors, not push-in wire connectors. We think the crimped connectors give a far superior connection and are more durable. Trying to match your original PSU and not sure which finish you have? If the case # begins with an "I" and ends with "1262" you have the brushed aluminum finish. If your case # begins with an "M" and ends with "1263" you have the smooth "chrome" finish.

Please note: These original Apple IIGS power supply units are heavy! Hence the higher S&H.

♦ Buyer pays all S&H costs. S&H costs cited are for USPS Priority to addresses in the 48 lower States; Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories MAY BE MORE; Canadian addresses WILL BE MORE. Email us your city/state/ZIP code before you purchase & we will gladly give you a S&H quote.

♦ Shipper alone is responsible for loss or damage during shipment. If damage occurs, buyer MUST retain ALL packing materials until the claim is successfully processed. Failure to cooperate will result in buyer forfeiting ALL claims against the seller & shipper. If item ships via FedEx, contact us immediately & we will process claim on your behalf with FedEx. If item ships via USPS, the buyer must present the damaged item and ALL packing materials to their local USPS office to file the claim, as per USPS policy.

Return Policy:

For Items Not Damaged In Transit:

Because of the age of these units & the fact that there is no way to know when a component is about to expire, we can not guarantee the functionality other than if it arrives non-working, you have 7 days from receipt (as indicated by the delivery confirmation) to request a RMA. Thus it is critical that you test the unit promptly upon receipt.You may receive a full refund less S&H expenses. Please note that:

• The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs, including adequate insurance on the package;
• The original S&H fees paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• ALL items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. The buyer will be financially responsible for all missing items and/or altered items.
• Refunds are given via PayPal and ONLY after all items have been returned to the seller.
• ALL warranty and serial number labels must be intact & show no signs of disturbance in order to receive a refund. Any broken warranty seals void all warranties.

For Items Damanged in Transit:

For items received damaged/non-working, the shipper’s insurance covers all damages and your cooperation is required in order to successfully process the claim. Please note that with electronics, even though the shipping container shows no external damage, the item may arrived damaged due to extreme jarring, exposure to extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, etc. Please be sure you keep ALL packing materials & the shipping container until you are fully convinced that the unit is working properly and has not sustained any damage in transit.

    Please Note: Commencing January 2020 - PayPal has ceased refunding PayPal fees for all cancelled/refunded transactions. As such, all non-refundable PayPal fees will be deducted from refunds.

    For example: If you make a PayPal paymen to us with an incorrect ship-to address, you will need to submit a new payment to us with the correct ship-to address. Your original payment to us will be returned to you less the non-refundable PayPal fees.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    All items are tested to work properly prior to listing, unless otherwise specifically stated in the item's ad. Because vintage electronic components may go south without advance warning, The Apple2OnlineStore does not offer any extended warranties. Unless otherwise stated, hardware components and systems are guaranteed to work upon receipt. Buyers have 7 days from delivery to determine if their purchase is working properly or needs to be returned. If a return is necessary, contact us to receive an Return Merchandize Authorization.

    Other Policies

    Our store host - eBluejay - does not charge any fees whatsoever. Compare to eBay, which charges 10% fees on both the cost of the item AND shipping - which, through the wonders of compounding interest, result in a 13.5% increase in price to the customer. We do occasionally dual list an item so when you see one of our items on eBay, check her first as the price is usually less (and on larger items, significantly so!).

    Please note that as of January 2020, PayPal's now non-refundable fees will be deducted from refunds given by The Apple2OnlineStore (see Payment Policy above).

    Our store policies are for our safety as well as your's! We like to work with our customers and be as flexible as is reasonably possible.     Vintage electronics are subject to failure. Unless otherwise specifically stated in a listing, our items have been thoroughly inspected and tested and their condition is clearly stated in the listing. Please realize that vintage electronics are subjected to a variety of environmental conditions during transit: extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, rough handling, etc. If you receive a non-functional and/or physically damaged item, please contact us immediately as most items are insured against loss or damage. Please keep ALL packaging materials as the shipper requires you to present the damaged contents along with ALL packing materials for inspection.
