*CONDITION: Good used. I tested this measuring wheel and it was accurate. The setback on a house is 20 ft. and I used this wheel to measure a house setback and the wheel turned up a number of 20.1 ft. Not bad at all. The counter wheels turned as expected. The pull back reset lever reset all the numbers to perfect zero. The twist and lock pull out handle pulled out and locked OK on the first level. The second level of the twist and lock handle pulled out and keeps spinning. The second level can be pushed in when in the locked position but takes some force to do it.
