How To Use:
1. Use a facial steamer or hot towel for 10 minutes to warm your face and open up your facial pores.
2. Choose a probe as you need and connect it to the device.
3. Long press power button to power on and adjust the suitable suction by pressing "+""-". Start with the lowest power. (Note: Long press power button to power on/off; while short press is to pause.)
4. Hold and move it around in a direction along the way gently; Do not move back and forth or keep/stay on same place over 3 seconds. 1-2 minutes MAX will be recommended if you use it for the first time.
5. After treatment, use iced facial sheet mask or cold water to calm skin and close pores. After that apply face moisturizers.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
