Most items qualify for returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, not used or altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging. Please DO NOT return the item before contacting us, first. If there are any damages or you receive the wrong product, we ask that you take a picture of the item. Please be sure this is an item you want before making your purchase. When returning a purchase, we asks that you ship back the item(s) to the seller within 5 business days to insure a swift and efficient returns process. Late returns may not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping for reasons other than broken/defective/wrong item received. There may be a restocking fee of 20%, depending on reason for return.
