Main Frame
The main frame is one piece of solid steel for excellent durability. The bearing mounting top surfaces are machined to ensure perfect alignment of the crank assembly.
Heavy Duty Gear Box
The drive system consists of a heavy duty gear box with dual chain drive to the main drive shaft.
Spring Loaded Tine Alignment Assembly
The spring loaded tine alignment assembly arm (Patented-US 8,479,836B2) and the parallel linkage arms perfectly position the tines so they move down and backward. Compare this movement to other deep tine aerators that use an arc motion and you will see the difference in the quality. The unique positioning of Turf Pride’s Deep Speed spring loaded assemblies produce maximum aerating action deep into the soil without disturbing the playing surface, at any speed. Regardless of ground speed the results are always the same – Deep Speed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The Deep Speed Aerator (DSA) is a heavy-duty aerator for us on golf course greens, tees and sports fields, including football, soccer, baseball, tracks and polo fields. The DSA punches holes up to 10" deep into the soil without damaging the playing surface. The patented tine alignment spring assembly places the tine in the perfect position and moves them as forward progress advances extracting them and leaving a small hole in the turf surface. The DSA is capable of both solid tine aerification and hollow or coring tine action. Tine options from 5/16" diameter up to 1" diameter is available. Other sizes and customer specifications are also available upon request.

Crank Assembly:
The crank assembly is driven by one primary chain drive and three heavy duty "C" section belts. The chains ensure timing accuracy and the belts divide the drive torque which means less stress to the connecting arm assemblies thus resulting in longer life of the crank assembly.
Roller Scrapers:
Front and rear rollers with cable scrapers are standard on all units. In solid tine operations the rear roller is located behind the tines when coring simply swing the roller forward of the tines. The roller along with the down pressure spring top hitch allow the aerator to follow undulations.
The unique design of the CRANK ASSEMBLY with perfectly timed offsets between each connecting arm assembly maintains balance without the need of counter weights. The connecting arms are timed in a way that only one set of tines is entering the ground at any given time. Total weight of the machine is focused on the one tine assembly entering the soil, plunging the tines deep into the soil even in the toughest and hardest ground conditions.

Was purposely designed with an OPEN concept which makes maintenance simpler and easier on both the front and rear of the machine Removable covers allow for easy access to keep belt and chains properly adjusted.

Return Policy.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service (1-239-357-1853). Products must be unused and in their original cartons. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. For safety reasons, no returns can be accepted on HEPA items. Customer pays return freight charges and 15% restocking fee, except when return is due to freight damage. We reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance with the above.
