Condition: Good. Pages are clean, tight to slightly rusted 2-staple binding only on the ENDS of staples in center of book & is not on pages or covers, no tears, no chips, no stains, no writing, no missing pages. Front cover has a few light spots in one area under the word “Housewives.” Back cover has a 1/2” tear pull from side edge in. Shadows/shading is from copier, and is not on book - - - I did not want to press down on copier to avoid the shadows for fear of hurting the integrity of the book!
