Condition: Very Good, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.) Covers and pages are clean except for small light smudges on page 136/137/138, tight to all 9 plastic spirals. No tears, no chips, no dog-ears, no defective spirals, no missing pages. Only writing is an arrow pointing to a name/recipe on pages 3, 5, 8 and 165 ... and a recipe correction on page 25 correcting the ingredient from 5 lb flour to 5 tbsp flour in the Potato Pancakes recipe by Barbara Hardardt. Pages turn vertically from spiral, rather than horizontally like most cookbooks. Amazing condition for a 40-plus year-old cookbook! Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment.
