I think this makes it prohibition era but I'm no expert. It is approximately 12" tall. There are no chips or cracks. There is some label damage as you can see, but what's left is firmly attached. I don't see any marks on the bottom. Please examine the photos closely for condition. I have not washed it, only lightly brushed off the dust.
