* Banisteriopsis muricata is a close relative of B. Caapi. Although it is typically employed by native tribes in the same way as B. Caapi, it is often cited as having much more powerful effects when used in the traditional Ayahuasca rituals of S. America.
This particular sample of B. muricata was harvested from a cutting given to a close friend of Terence Mckenna by Mckenna himself. The cutting has thrived and the Mckenna Strain continues to survive.
