All Payments must be made in US Dollars and all orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. We do not accept partial payments or deposits. We do accept all major Credit Cards, T/T wire transfers, ACH Payments, Paypal, Check, and Money Order. However your order will not be placed until the payment has processed and the funds have cleared, so we encourage you to use either a Credit Card or Electronic Transfer as we have to wait for checks and money orders to both arrive and clear which creates delays.

All Products are typically shipped via UPS ground both within the continental US and worldwide. Our shipping terms are FOB Origin; meaning we will bill you at the time of purchase (or immediately before shipping depending on order) to ship your products directly from us to your desired destination. Or for International orders there is also the option to ship to the Long Beach Port for customers wishing to collect their products there and then ship via their own carrier. Please feel free to contact us for details and additional options concerning International shipping.

Orders cannot be cancelled except upon mutual agreement. Orders for custom merchandise cannot be cancelled. Returns will only be accepted once approved by H & H Bath and Safety with written authorization. A 30% restocking charge shall be assessed on all returns. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned goods. All returned goods are to be shipped to designated return address prepaid. Sales of custom color/size/type products are non-returnable. Standard Satin Stainless finish products are returnable prior to installation. Shipping costs are not refundable and we do not allow exchanges.
