The leather seems to be still in good useable shape despite the age of it. It does have marks on the outside from the oxidation and some green patina rubbing off of the metal closer onto the leather.
All the money purses of similar age and style that I have seen have all been very short small coin purse sizes. This particular money purse is almost twice as deep.
I am selling this vintage money purse 'as found', it has been used and I do not know how to properly clean it, nor, do I know if it should be. So I am leaving it up to the purchaser.
