I know it dates to the 1970s or perhaps earlier. I don't know where it was made. It is well-made, and very sturdy, with a raised Vintage bottom so you can set it down and the bottom is not directly on the ground.

12 1/2" wide across center
5" deep
6 1/2" across the stand part on the bottom.
