Any items returned without original packaging, damaged, or opened will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The reason is that we have to return the product in its best condition to manufacturer or they charge us a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning any item and identify your item and problem. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost regardless of situation, because, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement to you for free. If the return is a result of our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange to pick up your item. In this instance, the restocking fee will be waived, otherwise return shipping is at Buyer’s expense.
