A 24-hour timer allows for delayed cooking. Automatic keep-warm holds the temperature of the food until you serve it. Instant Pot generates almost no noise and leaks no steam. Any items returned without original packaging, damaged, or opened will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The reason is that we have to return the product in its best condition to manufacturer or they charge us a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost regardless of situation, because, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement to you for free. If the return is a result of our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange to pick up your item.
