Return Policy.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service (1-239-357-1853). Products must be unused and in their original cartons. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. For safety reasons, no returns can be accepted on HEPA items. Customer pays return freight charges and 20% restocking fee, We reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance with the above.
