All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
All orders processed will be subject to a flat rate shipping no more than $1.50 for the first item & .50 cents per item for all additional items.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of receiving merchandise.

assign a Tracking ID #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the assigned
Tracking ID # you were given by our Returns Department and the original receipt.
Acceptable Reasons for Returns
Received wrong merchandise, in the event you received merchandise that you did not order, we will gladly resend the correct merchandise. No restocking fee’s, or additional costs for shipping and handling. * see below
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the merchandise you ordered, you may return the merchandise, however you will be responsible for paying for shipping and handling fees, your account will only be credited or refunded for merchandise you have returned so long as it has not been used or worn and is in original package.
Damaged during shipping, please take pictures of package upon delivery and follow instructions that will be given to you by our Returns Tracking Department upon requesting Tracking ID #.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping & Handling Fee’s
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. In circumstances where the merchandise is being returned due to damages caused during shipping and you have included pictures of the package to verify your claim, Fashion Jewelry Fetish will be happy to refund the cost of the shipping and handling to return the item. Please note that amount refunded will be up to $2.00 total. ONLY IF RETURN IS CAUSED BY DAMAGES During shipping. In the event merchandise is being returned for other reasons we will not refund shipping and handling.
Exchanges
If your jewelry item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
Refunds
We will either credit your account with the amount paid for the merchandise you are returning so long has it meet our criteria or refund the amount of the merchandise to the credit card you used for the purchase.
