1962 PUREBRED ARABIAN HORSE YEARBOOK. TWO copies available. This edition of the 1962 Arabian Horse Yearbook Limited Edition # 663. Originally published by Murl and Larry Duff, who came up with the idea of creating an annual Yearbook of Champions. The Yearbooks began in 1953 and came to a close in 1983 with a paper covered book, instead of the usual hard bound book. Most of the books published before 1969 or 1970 for sure had Limited Edition numbers either written or hand-stamped in them. This practice ceased after IAHA took over the publication of these books. In all the books you will find that years U.S. National and Canadian National Champions, U.S. and Canadian Regionals all Class A Shows which were held. In this volume, you will find photos and info on many famous Champions and not so famous champions from 40+ years ago - horses that remain important in pedigrees today! Show results are listed with the horses and in the back of the book. Show locations, dates and those who judged the shows are also listed with the class winners in the back of the books. Also to be found are the exhibitor names with the page they are on with a horse/s and that years current owners and locations. Enjoy this fabulous collection of Champion Arabian horses photos.

Condition: As this is naturally a used book, some wear and tear, scuffing and/or soiling to the covers, binding and outside parts of the pages can be expected, however there are some that are in like new condition. Otherwise they are in very nice, sound condition. I am using 1 stock photo for the cover for each of the books I am selling.
