Shipping / Handling policy
All merchandise will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or Trucking Company depending on weight, size and destination at the shipping address provided by you.
Shipment to APO/FPO(Military address) can only be shipped via USPS(Postal service)
To cancel or make any changes in the shipment of your order you are requested to give us prior notice. For any changes in the shipping address you will need to contact our customer service immediately or email us at info@mattstores.com.
We do not accept any change in the shipping address after the merchandise has already been shipped. We do not ship on weekends as the UPS is closed.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not working days
Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes.
Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers. Put the RMA number above the address label on the outside of your shipment not on the original box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. You need to give 1 to 2 business to get a RMA number.
All wireless devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & Camcorders are only exchangeable for same within 5 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 5 days.
