All merchandise will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or Trucking Company depending on weight, size and destination at the shipping address provided by you.
Shipment to APO/FPO(Military address) can only be shipped via USPS(Postal service)
To cancel or make any changes in the shipment of your order you are requested to give us prior notice. For any changes in the shipping address you will need to contact our customer service immediately or email us at info@mattstores.com.
We do not accept any change in the shipping address after the merchandise has already been shipped. We do not ship on weekends as the UPS is closed.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not working days
Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes.
Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers. Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.

You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. Please e-mail info@mattstores.com or click here "Return Material Authorization Form (RMA)" and fill up the form and fax it back to us at 1-847-960-4981.Once we receive the RMA form we will provide you with a RMA number via email or phone. Put the RMA number above the address label on the outside of your shipment not on the original box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. You need to give 1 to 2 business to get a RMA number.

All wireless devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & Camcorders are only exchangeable for same within 5 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 5 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.If you are looking for any particular color for cell phone please put it in the comments section of shopping cart. Cell Phone colors are not guranteed.
