Payment in full when order is placed. We accept payments via PayPal and also Dwolla.

All shipments are processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note for US buyers: If you have a PO Box, please do not request delivery to your residence since the USPS purges all residential addresses when a PO Box is in effect. I use the USPS shipping label generator and it will not work if your address is not in their database.

For International buyers, please note that I will use the USPS Global First Class service. It is more economical plus I always get a tracking number.

TO ALL BUYERS: Shipments are not insured against loss! If you believe or have experienced theft of mail, I strongly recommend that you request a quote and pay for insurance coverage.

There are no returns of refunds. All items are checked to make sure that they are in working condition. If you carefully follow installation instructions, which are included with each order, in addition to a YouTube link that is emailed to each buyer with installation instructions, you should never have any problems with our products.

Do not order if you have any doubts. That is why I will promptly answer all emails and also make and accept calls to answer any questions. Also note that because of space limitations that vary per each eCommerce merchant like eBluejay, there is a good amount of description details that are missing, For example, type of material item is made of: High Grade Thermoplastic ABS).
