Rosetta, formerly Mellen is an extremely hard brilliant granite composed of black and deep gray crystals closely packed together and characterized by an occasional fleck of mother of pearl. Pictured is Rosetta Black, First Grade. General offices and plant were located in Ashland, WI. This 1931 unique 2 sided technical catalog would be a marvelous addition to your engineering library.
