Original commercial bakery trade magazine vintage ad for COMMANDER LARABEE MILLING COMPANY in Minneapolis, MN. Burton Koelkebeck, control chemist makes Commander Larabee better to buy from. Just open up file 93-764 in our lab. It tells everything about the flour's lineage, where the wheat came from, its ash, protein, how the four was bleached and blended. 1959 unique old baking industry advertisement. About six issues of this rare magazine was found in a storage unit, in their original, rolled paper mailing sleeve addressed to Frieds Bakery in Mountaindale, New York. These magazines were folded in half, unopened for 55 years. As such, the bakery ads may have a slight crease or warp down the center, but would still display magnificently when matted and framed.
