This is a circa 1910-20 pan ceiling chandelier with 4 drop lights. Really nice design and someone had rewired it. It is missing] one of the switch covers but you can buy old stock parts on line for a few bucks near my house. The drop lights hang down about 12 inches from the base, I've seen these modified with a hanging chain to use them over a staircase landing.
