The size is in UK sizing. According to a size chart I looked up, UK 6.5 is the equivalent of a mens's USA 7.5, and a women's 8.5.
The leather has an antiqued red leather shade to it, with varying color tones. The boots look like they have a distressed look.
Although the boots appear to have been worn very little, they do have a few signs of wear to take note of. There are scuffs on the toes, and there is a mark on one of the boots. It looks like a dark line across the leather area. Please view the photographs for a visual on these signs of wear.

These boots are on the heavy side, as Dr Martens boots tend to be.
The boots have a side zipper. The zipper pull is marked DM's for Dr Martens. There is no elastic gusset on the boots, as boots sometimes have to make them fit tight.
The boots appear to have been barely worn, but do have some wear to them. There is little wear to the soles, but there are a few scuffs on the top of each of the toes. Please see the photos for a visual of this.
There a few marks in the leather that look like they were in the leather when the boots were manufactured.
There is a mark that looks like it could be a scrape, or it could have been a mark in the leather when the shoes were made. Due to the location of this mark, I tend to think it was in the leather when the shoes were made.
It is on the left shoe. It starts on the zipper side of the shoe, and goes around to the front area, and is a thin line measuring about two and a half inches long. The line is dark colored. Please see the photos for a visual on this.
The boots seem to flop over at the top when they are not being worn, as can be seen in the photographs. Therefore I put paper in the boots to make them stand up to photograph them in some of the photos.
