This plate has a touch of American History. It shows Betsy Ross sewing together our first Red, White, & Blue,United States of America Flag.
It is 9" across produced for Avon Products. Enoch Wedgewood. Tunstall Ltd. England 1973. Along with the plate you will receive the original paper insert. Betsy Griscom Ross 1752-1836. In June of 1777 Congress authorized this Flag, the Flag of the USA. Plate is in very good condition. It is for display only. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent.
