Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Standard US carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery to require signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us within 2 hours after placing the order to choose this method via email at rainbowchaser41@gmail.com. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please contact Customer Service at rainbowchaser41@gmail.com for return authorization before returning merchandise and we will issue you a return authorization code. Retund non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items.
Customer is responsible for the return shipment cost. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Refusal of Delivery or Wrong Shipping Address
If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded, plus the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit you receive.
