The pattern on this dinnerware is called "Star Glow" by Royal China Company. This was made, I'm guessing, in the very late 1950's or very early 1960's and consists of the following pieces:
1-11 1/2" Tab Handled Utility Plate 1-13"-Platter 5-10" Dinner Plates 10 Saucers 7-6" Plates 3-ashtrays

The condition of this collection is used. However, there are no chips, cracks, discolorations or repair marks. I've done some research and from what I can tell, believe it or not, Replacements.com doesn't have this pattern.
