On Hold Fenton Silver Crest Ivy Bowl

Fenton Silvercrest 6-1/2" Ivy Bowl

Circa mid to late 1950's

'Silvercrest' is the longest running glassware line that Fenton made. It started in the late 1930s and continued into 1999 in one shape or form.

This Ivy Bowl is about 6-1/2 inches tall with what is now referred to as a "pie crimp" top of which the Silvercrest is done around that. I very nice little vase and difficult to find in good shape like this one is. I am guessing this was done in the 1950's. One book I have says from 1956 through 1959 if that is accurate. There are no chips-cracks or repairs. Please keep in mind this item is has been previously owned and used. (Store # e304)
