Fenton SEA GREEN 7" Round Vase
Decorated and Designed by Martha Reynolds
Circa: Late 1990's
Another wonder and very RARE item that we are offering from our own personal collection. This piece we bought through the FAGCA Convention auction toward the end of 1990 or the beginning of 2000. This vase is about 7 inches tall however I think the mold says it is a 6-1/2 inch tall, and is about 7 inches wide also.
As you can see Martha Reynolds signed this vase with a etching pen on the bottom...it does not have the regular painted signed signature. That would indicate that it was a sample at the time they decided to sell it through auction and rather than take the time to have Martha sign it and run it through the bake-on process, just had her sign her name with their etching pen. I had to take a lead pencil and fill in the signature for the camera to see it so I could show you. SO that signature is not dark as it appears (unless you leave it as such), but actually is very light and nearly white in color. This definitely is a sample piece as it was never in the regular line or in the QVC line either. I could find no piece like this at all though this mold was used for a royal purple piece in the June 1998 supplement. There is no original box for this piece and the piece has been in our home ever since we purchased this. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to differences in Computer Monitors, resolution settings, color settings, and lighting available when taking the picture there of, the picture may not represent the true color of the actual piece you receive. We do the best we can to duplicate the actual picture to the actual piece that we are showing in this listing, however there are too many variables that we can not control. Please keep this in mind when ordering. And, I had plenty of problems to even get this to look somewhat good. This item is much better in real time rather than photographed.
The shipping will be FREE for Continental USA addresses only. NO out of the country orders will be accepted and that includes Canada and APO box numbers. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $5.00 for shipping. It will be shipped USPO Priority Insured. Because of the price of gas, we are shipping on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY.
