Walthers does not include the traveling bridge crane in this kit.
You will need the traveling bridge crane from Walthers 3102. (see below)

Only the traveling bridge crane from this kit is required to complete Vulcan.
ALTERNATE SUGGESTION:
Use Walthers 3102 with crane for Vulcan manufacturing and use the
canopy structure without crane as an adjacent covered storage area
for lighter weight items that can be moved with a high lift.
Recreate the grit and grime of the steel fabrication industry.
Found in many cities, steel fabricators generate business for
local railroads. Gondola and flatcar loads of steel beams and
structural shapes arrive daily. Gondolas haul away steel scrap.
During the workday, the area is alive with cutting torches and
welding equipment as workers cut and shape steel into new
building components.
Vulcan makes bridge components, skyscraper framing,
door frames, window frames and fire escapes.
If it is made of steel, it is made at Vulcan !!!
These are plastic KITS to build the structures shown in the pictures.
The structures have been painted or 'weathered' by Walthers for the pictures.
Any locomotives, railroad cars, vehicles, cargo, figures, trees or
background structures in the pictures are not included in the kit
by the manufacturer unless listed above as being included.

Box for 3045 is shrink-wrapped and has never been opened.
3102 is in a sealed plastic envelope with card stock label.
