In an unusual game which featured both pitchers throwing a complete game and no player credited with a RBI the Twins squeezed out a 1-0 win.
Mike Smithson went the route for the Twins (9in 6 hits 2bb 5k) as did tough luck Bruce Hurst for the Sox (9in 5 hits 2bb 5k).
The lone run scored on a wild pitch in the 5th inning. Kirby Puckett and Wade Boggs each had a base hit while Bill Buckner rapped a single and double.
Condition is very good with creasing. A collectible ticket you will enjoy marking from your list.
