On Hold Horizontal rolling pin?

I've called this a horizontal rolling pin, but I'm not quite sure that that's right. Overall this unit is approximately 13 inches wide and 6 inches tall. The roller itself is approximately 11 3/4 inches wide and 2 3/8 inches in diameter. There are felt feet on the back, which suggest that this unit is designed to set on a flat surface, rather than mount to a wall.
