1980’s VINTAGE BLACK BURLESQUE (BELLY DANCE) BRA
This is a vintage piece of burlesque clothing, from the early 1980’s. Was worn by a professional dancer. THIS IS A HAND-MADE, HAND-SEWN BRA. This is not an ordinary bra that one can just buy at any store and attach beads to it.

Measurements:
Bra seems to be like a B or C cup (cups measure 13" from end to end). Bra will probably fit a 38" chest. It is made of a very hard wire structure, covered by a shiny fabric (I can see this on the inside of the bra) and black lace. It has flower patterns made of clear black sequins and seed beads. Has straps that run from the sides and the mid part of the bra cups over the neck on an inverted "Y" form, for a halter look, and also from the sides of the cups to the back. The cups are cut in the shape of a "maple leaf". This piece shows barely any wear. The sequins are stitched to the straps with a blue thread. Seems like the person who made this bra, did not finish stitching one of the patterns on the right bra cup (see pictures and compare so you can see the unfinished small part of the unstitched area).
