The Red Sox ran into a buzz saw named Floyd Bannister in this matinee matchup. Bannister pitched a complete game 2 hitter walked 1 and struck out 6. The Pale Hose offense was also clicking on all cylinders as Fred Manrique & Gary Redus had 3 hits each while Harold Baines, Greg Walker, Tim Hullett, & Ozzie Guillen all contributed 2 hits.
The Red Sox 2 hits came from Ellis Burks (home run) and Rich Gedman.
Condition is good with creasing and a strip of scotch tape at the top and bottom.
