Wipe-clean plasticized softcover paperback measures 6” x almost 9-1/4” with 72 pages, including drawings and an 8-page section of colorful photos, plus a double-page Herb Chart. Condition: Good, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the recipes! Pages and covers are mostly clean (spot on page 41), tight to 2-staple non-rusted binding, no writing, no tears or chips, all pages intact. Some wear to cover edge/corner tip areas and some straight, yet slightly upturned, semi-creases on pages and covers from storage. Not bad but not perfect. Any shadow is from copier and NOT on items.
