……. Since I have some characters remaining of the 10,000 limit, I must share an eye-catching recipe for Meat Balls by Eleanor Nielsen … it calls for 3 ingredients only:
3 lbs ground beef
1 jar Ragu (doesn’t say what size, though)
2 cans jell-type cranberry sauce (again, no size)
Make meat into balls (about 90). Simmer 2 hours. Bake to brown optional.
Does anybody else find this intriguing? I just can’t imagine the taste combination, and I’d love to try it!
