About 2 & 1/4" long and 2" wide, chain 24" silvertone base metal the cats face has cutout eyes and rhinestone pupils hanging from back of piece so they move and his tounge sticking out is enameled red, see closeup photo. Sort of a statement if you think about it. No hallmarks on piece. Very Good condition. I have had this for over 20 years. Cleaning out my old jewerly. Not Suitable for children.
