GERMINATION: 14-60 days at 70-75°F. Stratification is required to increase germination percentage. CULTURE: Indoors (recommended) - Sow 8-10 weeks before last frost in seed flats; cover seed lightly. Place seed flats outdoors or in the refrigerator for 21 days. Keep moist until emergence. Transplant to larger containers when first true leaves appear. Outdoors - Sow stratified seeds as soon as soil can be worked in early spring or autumn. Gently press seed into soil. Keep soil surface moist until emergence. Thin when seedlings have first true leaves or transplant into solar mulch. LIGHT/SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Full sun or light shade in average well drained soil. USE: Excellent cut or dried. Beds and borders. SPACING: 18-24". HARVEST: Fresh or Dried - flowers are 80-100% developed. Stand upright to dry.
