As a hobby I have collected over the years many Apple II items (mostly from eBay in its early years) and they are taking up space. To make room for my family I have sold some items here a while ago and I am now selling more of them. My first computer was an Apple II+ clone and so I know something about these items. I'll try to answer questions to the best of my knowledge.
This is the Apple SCSI System Cable (model M0206) from Apple Computer circa 1992. The cable connects the SCSI controller on an Apple IIe, IIgs or Mac (with DB25F connector) to the first external SCSI device (with Centronics 50F connector) on the SCSI chain.
